Angel Activists is built by two immigrant founders, Valeria and Twinee, along with a small team of operators and curators. Every featured deal carries its curator's name and their written take, including their hesitations. Questions before you join? Email us directly. A human answers.

Verification before deal access

Every member passes identity (KYC) and accredited-investor verification before seeing full deal detail. No exceptions, not for founding members, not for friends.

How the money moves

Membership payments run through Stripe. SPV checks are wired to each SPV's own dedicated account under independent fund administration. Member capital never sits on our balance sheet.

Carry, in writing

10% carry on curator-led SPVs, half the 20% market norm, printed on every SPV page. Every fee is disclosed before you commit. That promise is in writing.
